Sponsored Content Opportunities
DiscoverMedNews provides opportunities for sponsors to bring their marketing message and information about their products and services by publishing their information or links within our site.
There are a number of ways you can partner with us and reach out to our extensive global audience.
– Display advertising (“banner” and “tile” ads) appears in various positions on the DiscoverMedNews.com website.
– Sponsored Content. Any sponsored content is clearly identified with the name of the source and sponsor displayed immediately under the title.
All Advertisements and Sponsored contents go through the same rigorous medical and editorial review process and approval as health articles created by DiscoverMedNews. Advertisers have no control or influence over site content. Advertising is separate from content.
DiscoverMedNews reserves the right to reject or cancel any Advertisement at any time for any reason or no reason. Our acceptance of any Advertisement is under no circumstances considered to be an endorsement of any advertised product or service or for the company that manufactures, distributes, or promotes the product or service.
In order to clearly distinguish between WebMD content and content that is created or provided by one of our sponsors, we always label content from our sponsors as “From Our Sponsor”, “Sponsored by”, “Promoted by”, or “By (Sponsor’s Name)”. DiscoverMedNews will not display any Advertising that is not clearly labeled.
DiscoverMedNews will not permit Advertisements for the following products or services at any time. These categories include but are not limited to the following:
- pornography
- tobacco
- alcohol
- gambling
- weapons, firearms, ammunition, or fireworks
- illegal or objectionable products
- fraudulent, deceptive, illicit, misleading or offensive material that discriminates, ridicules or attacks an individual or group on the basis of age, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, material status, or disability
- unreasonable, unlikely or extraordinary product or service claims
No Advertising will be allowed on the DiscoverMedNews website that could damage the good reputation of DiscoverMedNews.
